Fast-rising young Ugandan rapper Patrick Senyonjo aka Fresh Kid continues to reap big from his music career just a few months after his breakthrough. The ‘Bambi’ singer has won Carolina Music Video Award for the category ‘International Best Music Video’. Fresh Kid has drowned such a significant influence on the music industry, inspiring other kids worldwide through his rapping skills.
CM Awards have been given to over 300 music artists who have received over 400K votes from fans and were selected from over 3000 nominees.
“This morning I have just landed on something big I didn’t expect, I have won CMVA, I don’t know what to say coz I can’t believe it OMG, But all in all thank u lord and my beloved fans, am proud of you people. The 2019 Carolina Music Video Awards this year featured a number of nominations from Uganda; Feffe Bussi for his song ‘Yes, No’, Lydia Jazmine for ‘You & Me’, and Ykee Benda for ‘Singa’.
