By Wycliff G; Feud between socialite and Sheila Gashumba and media personality, Tina Fierce is surely getting out of hand for them after we have learnt that court processions are now in place to abort the cat fight.
Apparently, Sheila accuses Tina of demeaning her dignity and career via her Scoop on Scoop progamme that airs from Monday to Friday on Urban TV.
She also ascertains that Tina’s work as a celebrity gossip presenter has been unruly and unprofessional as she continuously attacks various celebrities without any form of evidence on her stories.
In rescue of her life, brand and reputation, Sheila has been joined by her boyfriend, Ali Marcus Lwanga to warn the Urban TV presenter to get rid of her illegal working producers or else she is to fall victim of court proceedings.
This they addressed Tina in an ‘Intention to sue’ notice prepared by their legal counsel ‘Balondemu Company & Advocates’.
In the notice, Tina on several occasions with wanton disregard to their client’s rights maliciously attacked Sheila and boyfriend through her Television programme called Scoop on Scoop which airs on Urban Television every Monday to Friday as copies of the said attacks are attached thereto and collectively marked as ‘A’.
The motor-mouthed presenter’s aforesaid deliberate attacks do not only contain untrue scandalous and harmful propaganda against the couple but as well additionally on all fours defys minimum broadcasting and media standards.
The lawyers also reveal that, because of Tina’s aforesaid uncouth content transmitted both in print and electronic media against the personalities of Sheila and Marcus, the two have gone through untold mental suffering, rebuke, and aguish owing to the fact that the said publications have continuously lowered their reputation within the estimation of right thinking members of society.
Tina is therefore required to immediately drop an apology retracting all the false stories perpetuated by yourself against the couple.
The alleged mother of five is required to compensate their clients with a sum of Shs. 400,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Four Hundred Million) for the suffering caused to them courtesy of her reckless utterances within 14days from receipt of this demand.
They also clearly note that should Tina you fail to heed to the above stem instructions, they will institute court proceedings against her at her own cost and peril.
