By Wycliff G; Kampala City socialite Bad Black has made an alarm to the government of Uganda especially H.E YK Museveni to immediately lift lockdown on bars, night clubs and discotheques.
In her Facebook live video, the mother of three said its useless for the President to maintain lockdown on bars yet some of these are illegally operating now days.
Black also commented on educational institutions which she thinks should also open for students to study because of the related community challenges whenever the toddlers keep home.
However, President Museveni on Thursday ordered the opening of schools ad higher education institutions though advised it would be done in a staggered manner.
Also, he maintained ban on bars until the COV-I-19 vaccine is administered to the public.
Bars have been closed since March 2020 when Corona Virus pandemic hit Uganda.
