Following her illuminated 2021 start, songstress Martha Mukisa yet up again cordoning off her space in Uganda’s music industry.
“Tebatukyawa” is a Luganda word that is directly translated as “They don’t hate us”.
It is the best love story that those obsessed with love would make a reference to at any time.
In the song, Martha vows not to let go of her lover man at any cost and seemingly unbothered with the public opinions on her charming affair.
“Tebatukyawa” features a powerful Afro instrumentation, and Martha Mukisa hurls the lovely intro onto the initial sultry Afrobeat.
The track was written by Martha Mukisa herself, produced by Brian Beats (Beats House) in Kampala, Uganda.
Its production also holds professional grasping from Ugandan-born, UK-based producer, Herbert Skillz.
The visuals have such a stunning showcase scripted, directed, and produced by Black Magic Films’ videographer, Elly V. Mugisa.
