Bebe Cool has today fired back at singer Bagonza Alexander alias A Pass. Bebe said A Pass is just a kid who can’t differentiate between what’s good and bad and therefore should remain silent especially when it comes to music and issues of national concern.
Recently, A Pass came out and blasted Bebe cool for promising his fans and Ugandans that he was going to produce four hit songs and videos which he failed to do. A Pass later asked Bebe to apologise and rallied music fans that if he fails to do so, they shouldn’t go back to his concerts.
“A pass, you are just a kid who understands nothing so you shouldn’t waste my time, you neither have a family nor kids. I’m the one who is going to look after your kids and this project can also help them, so, always know your limits in terms of the music business in the country and think before you talk,” Bebe Cool lashed out at A Pass.
Bebe Cool was speaking about his upcoming concert dubbed Golden heart volume one in which he is looking at helping children and people with heart diseases. Five children are waiting to be taken to India for heart surgeries.
The concert will take place on 3rd August 2018 at Serena hotel in Kampala and revelers will have to part with at least one hundred thousand shillings to attend the show. Bebe says part of the proceeds from the show will be used to take children who are suffering from heart diseases to India like he has always done.
Bebe cool also used the opportunity to refute allegations that he is trying to seek attention because he has political ambitions. “I’m not seeking attention and I’m not going to stand in any elective political position in this country, I’m doing this with a golden heart I have because many people are suffering from heart diseases, this is also a sign of giving back to my fans,” Bebe cool said.
There are media allegations that Bebe Cool wants to join fellow musicians Bobi Wine and Jubith Babirye in parliament. Four other artistes have already declared their interest to stand in the 2021 elections. Among them include: Dr. Hilderman, Godfrey Lutaaya, Ronald Mayinja, Flavia Namulindwa and Patrico Mujuuka.
