Delayed Justice: Mowzey Radio’s Murder Case Still Hangs In Balance, Postponed To Friday

By Wycliff G; News reaching our desk from Entebbe Magistrates Court sounds not pleasant to the family and fans of the Late Moses Sekibogo Nakintije aka Mowzey Radio.

This is after the highly anticipated final judgment that was meant for today being pushed to Friday 27th September by the Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi who presided today’s court session in Entebbe.

It was such a heart-rending moment for Mowzey Radio’s family, close friends and fans who had traveled to Entebbe on Tuesday 24th September and eager at receiving justice in this case and instead ended up in deep dejection.

According to one close source that was among the entourage that trailed to Entebbe, Magistrate Kaitesi did not conclude this case after one of the key witnesses, in this case, failing to turn up for today’s session.

However, the court has not earned any trust from the late’s family and friends since as they are extremely worried about its uncalled Case-postponing and key suspect Godfrey Troy Wamala’s freedom.

Mowzey Radio died on 1st February 2018 in an intensive care unit at Case Clinic Kampala where he had been admitted for over two weeks after involving in a deadly bar brawl at De Bar Hangout in Entebbe, sustaining serious injuries on his head.

Days after his death, Police in Kyengera arrested Godfrey Troy Wamala, a key suspect in Mowzey Radio’s murder case who was on run ever since the evening for the Goodlyfe lead singer.
