MC Kats escaped from a rehabilitation centre where he had been held for a week, saying he could not stand the conditions at the centre so he escaped.
He rushed to look for Pastor Wilson Bugembe and is currently under his watch. “I feel safe with Pastor Bugembe, he is my OB and one of my favourite pastors” MC Kats said while appearing at the Nansana based church.
Pastor Bugembe has taken on the responsibility to look after the troubled MC
Edwin Katamba a.k.a MC Kats is not well and does not trust anyone else apart from Pastor Wilson Bugembe having escaped from rehab on Friday where his friends left strict orders of him not to be released.
MC Kats is not in good terms with his closest friends and family including his own mother, nieces, Douglas Lwanga, DJ Mercy, and many others who ensured that he goes to rehab, without his consent.
In a video, Kats revealed that he does not want to be with any of them but rather wants to stay with Pastor Wilson Bugembe since he is the only one who can not judge him as a mad man, but rather a sheep that needs salvation.
Kats also added that his friends are using him as bait for funds from the United Nations which has come up with projects to use him in sensitizing other people living with HIV/AIDS. He vows not to take part in those scanty projects.
We have reliably been informed that the renown events emcee, and music and talent manager is now living at Pastor Wilson Bugembe’s home until the pastor finds a lasting solution to his problems.
One of the first steps Pastor Bugembe has taken is to invite the top stakeholders in the entertainment industry for a meeting to see how best they can be of help to the troubled Kats.
On top of prayer, Bugembe is also expected to counsel Kats especially having known that the latter can only trust him at the moment. Bugembe will also talk to Kats’ close friends and family members to come up with a long lasting solution.
