Currently being one of the most trending artists in the country, Bebe Cool has got it all to defend and maintain this position in the music industry especially him being one of the sole proprietors of Ugandan music.
Bebe Cool took the entire Serena Hotel entourage into deep astonishment when he showed up dressed in red contrary to yellow that most people had anticipated him to because of his outstanding support for the ruling political party ‘NRM’.
When it comes to Ugandan politics, the ‘red’color is famously known to be used by the ‘People Power’ opposition party where as ‘yellow’ for the NRM ruling government but all this seemed meaningless to the ‘Batidemu’ singer.
During an interview with NTV Uganda last weekend, Bebe Cool explained why the “People Power” colours (red) were his favorite for the night yet he is an NRM diehard who is expected to dress in yellow often.
“I am a celebrity and i have specific clothes i have to wear. I went to a fashion store to buy clothes to wear for that show but when i reached there i found when the attire i wanted was only left in red and no other colour and since i wanted the attire i had to buy it,” Bebe Cool explained.
