The sad news reaching our news desk indicates CEO ABS Television Uganda and founder of Augustine Church Kawaala ‘Pr. Yiga Augustine’ has breathed his last this afternoon.
Apparently, Pr. Yiga who sold off his property and relocated in South Africa last year died as he was resting in his sofa seat in his new home in capital Johannesburg.
ABS Television Uganda has confirmed this information through their social media.
“KITALO NYO EKYA PASTOR YIGA AFILIDDE MUNTEBE RIP @great christian church kawaala,” they wrote accompanied by his photos lying in the seat.

However, we are yet to establish his cause of death and vigil arrangements.
