Could this be the start of a beef between R&B sensation; Chris Brown & Migos rapper; Offset after the former made a post that seem like a mockery of 21 Savage’s situation with the ICE?
21 Savage has been attracting a lot of support since his arrest by ICE for breaking United State’s immigration law. He is currently faced with possible deportation from the home and family he built in the United States.
All of this is as a result of the fact that Savage moved to the States when he was 7-years-old with a valid Visa. After applying for a U-Visa in 2017, he was nabbed for overstaying his welcome. The Migos have been pivotal in their defense of their colleague, encouraging the masses to sign the petition to free 21 Savage. When Chris Brown posted a meme mashing up Savage’s XXL cypher with comedian Big Shaq on his Instagram page, Offset was not impressed and decided to ‘fight’ for his friend.
People have been clowning 21 Savage for days after it was revealed that he was born in the United Kingdom. Breezy was included as he shared a clip of the rapper doing a freestyle during his XXL showcase, switching the vocals to U.K. star Big Shaq.
Offset saw the post a few days after it initially was uploaded to Chris Brown’s IG page and he wasn’t cool with it. Offset responded to the meme writing, “Memes ain’t funny lame.” The rapper already previously tweeted that nobody should be laughing at what is happening to Savage, since he has a serious chance of being deported.
