One of the most sensational talent-manager relationships ever has finally come to an end uncalled and guess what, music fans are more prone to suffer consequences of this split.
We are sad to inform you that songstress ‘Desire Luzinda’ has broken up with her longtime manager ‘Sam Yiga’ after 11 years of successful music business.
During his interview on a local TV station, Sam Yiga revealed how his contract with the ‘Ekitone’ singer expired earlier this year but he is has made up his mind not renew it.
Yiga also said he already made Desire aware about his decision and they have both succeeded to a mutual understanding about it for the best of their future careers.
He also made it clear that they have agreed to remain best friends out of business and ready to help each other in times of need.
The ‘Ugxtra Ugandan Music Videos’ CEO pointed out that he sometimes sacrificed injecting his own money but unfortunately it didn’t make returns, and also occasionally it did workout.
Desire Luzinda’s latest album ‘Transition’ is a clear flopped project that might have forced Yiga’s departure after the artist additionally claiming to be claiming to be changing her genre from circular to gospel music.
Sam Yiga has managed to deliver the best out of Desire Luzinda for over a decade now and the two have never been involved in serious wrangles like what most artists do with their managements.
The father to one is also famously remembered to have supported the diva during the tragic time when her nude pictures were leaked by ex-boyfriend from Nigeria.
However, we are yet to receive an official comment from Desire herself despite her manager confirming her best knowledge on this issue.
