Musicians have verbally started attacking artists in Parliament as a way of showing their dissatisfaction concerning minding more on their political side of life than helping to promote and guard the Ugandan music industry.
Ray signature the “Kasenyanku” singer attacked all musicians in parliament including Bobi wine, Kato lubwama and Judith Babirye concerning their laziness and weak brains of forgetting where they came from and minding more on asking for expensive cars and huge sums of money as their salary.
Ray is so unpleased about how Ugandan songs are being downloaded freely and assessed with ease yet they inject in a lot of money which they don’t get back
“I wish these musicians in parliament stopped bragging around and started considering us too. They are only minding about asking for expensive cars and huge salary yet we are here dying of poverty. So, what’s the use of us voting for them to enter into parliament?”
Ray Signature also added that it’s high time these musicians in parliament started building up the Ugandan music industry since without music; they wouldn’t have been where they are now.
