Uganda Breweries Limited has named prominent TV personality Calvin Kalule famously known as ‘Calvin Da Entertainer’ as its new brand ambassador under its responsible drinking campaign.
The UBC TV presenter seems extremely excited than never before as he has already rushed to share this information with his social media followers.
“Hey guys am super excited to share with you some good news! I have been appointed by Uganda Breweries Limited as its new brand ambassador with effect from today. I will be sharing more info regarding this campaign as we work towards creating more awareness, 2019 smells good. Let’s do this!,” he posted.
UBL, under its Red Card Initiative, is running a responsible drinking campaign that is aimed at engaging consumers to make a commitment to never drink and drive in a bid to reduce drink driving accidents in Uganda.
Calvin joins singer Vinka, Galaxy FM and Club Amnesia’s CEO Innocent Nahabwe, and NTV’s Flavia Tumusiime under the ‘Join the Pact’ campaign targeting over 10,000 commitments against drunk driving.
