Following the trending feud between upcoming socialite, at the same time TV personality ‘Sheila Gashumba’ and Kampala’s new hangout ‘La Paroni’s Choma Point’, it likely to be a strong tie that wouldn’t fade that easily as earlier believed.
After throwing lawsuit threats against the hangout, the NTV presenter has got chance to think twice before unleashing anger, whose backfire may ruin her entire ego and integrity.
Through it’s presser, La Paronis has risen against Sheila’s together with her lawyers Esther Semakula Advocates intentions to sue.
La Paronis reveals how it recently started a theme night dubbed ‘Sunday Fun day’ where celebrities from all walks would throng the place and enjoy its world hospitality with free photography inclusive.
“It is also a public domain that at our premises, we do have a disclaimer that states that by entering our premises, you consent to interviews, photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts advertising, inclusion on websites or any other purposes by La Paroni’s Ltd and its affiliates and representatives,” they wrote.
The management also refrains from intentions of using Sheila Gashimba’s in any way, in an advertising campaign or print materials nor to promote any specific product since says it has in the past uploaded hundreds of pictures belonging to different customers, celebrities, among others.
La Paroni’s further claims to be possessing video evidence of Gashumba asking their photographer crew to take pictures of her and American RnB singer Ginuwine during the bar’s lauch.
They however state that Ms. Gashumba is their frequent customer who has graciously supported them via tags on her social media pages as a way of promotion and connected with the hangout on various occasions.
