Days back, Jose chameleon aka Joseph Mayanja came out and assured people of how he was going to stand in for the Kampala Mayor position amidst Erias Lukwaago who has been the acting mayor for more than 3 years. Jose Chameleon started off his campaigns yesterday where he went to Kawempe and preached about the beauties of change.
