Songstress Winfred Nakanwagi aka ‘Winnie Nwagi’ is in deep trouble after bitterly confronting a renowned city journalist ‘Gloria Haguma’.
According to the leaked WhatsApp chat screenshots, Winnie Nwagi was approached by Gloria a Daily Monitor and Sqoop journalist who wanted to feature her on her Fashion column in the weekly printed newspaper but unfortunately, the ‘Yitayo’ singer instead replied disgustingly.
“Hey hope your good, Gloria Haguma here. I am requesting you to do some interview for me for my fashion column inside Sqoop’s Daily Monitor. I can send you the questions here and you send me the answers,” Gloria texted.
“Ooh Wow, I don’t even know you, how arrogant!!!” replied Nwagi.
“I apologize if you are offended. I did try my best to introduce myself in the first time. But it’s alright. Enjoy the rest of your day,” Gloria texted again.
“Whatever, Fuck off,” Nwagi replied back.
This has sparked strong criticism from both the public and media all condemning Winnie Nwagi’s ill attitude towards the Daily Monitor journalist.
However, after realizing her mistake and that the conversation screenshots were going viral on social media, Nwagi decided to share the same but deleted some words on her Snapchat and also texted Gloria back with apologies hoping that she might one day be forgiven.
“Hey Gloria……., am so sorry for the way I handled this. I have some con person that is disturbing me lately……Am so so sorry please forgive me. I apologize, hope you forgive me someday,” Winnie apologized.
