By Ntambi Jimsal; Multi-genre artist, Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool will surely never reverse his mind about nemesis Bobi Wine’s hopes of becoming the President of Uganda come 2021.
In an exclusive interview with the ‘Easy’ hitmaker last week at Comedy Store Uganda, he re-echoed his earlier statement that will never be the President of Uganda as some people think.
Bebe Cool says he has been with Bobi Wine for many years and this clarifies that he clearly understands Bobi Wine’s level of intelligence.
“I know what brains can handle. This country does not deserve to be undermined to that level. Ugandans who have gone to schools do not deserve to be undermined to that level,” he said.
When asked, “If Bobi Wine became president in 2021, would you go to him and say, Your Excellency sir.” “That’s out of range. It’s impossible, he cannot be my president,” he responded.
“I repeat, Bobi Wine becoming the next president of Uganda is a fiction. It hurts to see Educated Ugandans, sensible People to think that Bobi Wine stands a chance in 2021.’’
He added: I get hurt when people keep you in the certain docket, to give you false hope that you can be president. I know where Bobi Wine came from.
Bobi Wine, real name Robert Kyagulanyi recently expressed his interest to contest for president in the 2021 general elections against President Museveni.
Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine started singing together in the early 2000s, rose to the fame at the same time, and later turned out to be legendary singer Jose Chameleone’s biggest corrivals.
The combination didn’t last for so long as they later split bitterly after sighting choice indifferences their music business.
