Gagamel boss Moses Sali aka Bebe Cool has encouraged all NRM supporters especially the youth not to give up on their party support towards the NRM due to some anti-NRM members who are trying to threaten them by nailing a young man wearing an NRM beret
“I wish to encourage all silent majority NRM president M7 supporters not to give into this nonsense, let’s be more open about our love and support of the president and refrain from revenge or such acts that don’t represent the freedom and peace in our lovely country UGANDA.
Get well soon soja”.said the artist on one of his social media pages
People power top leaders such as Joel Ssenyonyi, the spokes person and Bobi wine, the movement president did not let the matter go to rest as some NRM members accused the former for nailing the young man.
In a post, Bobi wine wrote “I know that many of our comrades countywide have been arrested, beaten up and assaulted by the authorities for putting on the People Power berets in a very provocative manner- but we must always remember that the regime has deliberately tried everything to portray us as violent so as to respond to us with too much violence- let’s win by rising above their shameless schemes”.
Police is still investigating the incident and a report on who the actual culprit is has not yet come up.
