By Wycliff G; Renown singer and songwriter Julius Ssembuusi aka Zulanda has traumatized social media with disgusting photos of operated knee.
A few weeks back, the ‘Mukwano gwo’ singer successfully underwent knee surgery at Mulago hospital after a recap of serious pain following an accident last year.
Zulanda is remembered to have strained his leg when he fell-off stage during the Swangz Avenue All-Star Concert in 2018.

However, the former Swangz Avenue songwriter is now slowly stabilizing and set to resume with his music business.
With a number of hit songs in the Ugandan music industry; Irene Ntale’s Love Letter, Gyobera, Nkubukinze, He Go Down, Lydia Jazmine’s Wankolera already registered on his writing pad, Zulanda now camps with the Bunga based record label ‘Route Entertainment’ headed by fellow songwriter ‘Yesse Oman Rafiki’.
He has further exploited his remarkable talent by recording songs such as; Njiira, Omukwano Gwo, Hey Baby, Yita Waiter, Over The Bar, Long Kick.
