By Wycliff G; City events organizer Balaam Barugahara’s relationship with H.E YK Museveni is undoubted as the two prove to be Bobbsey twins.
During the Save Jackie campaign press conference last week, Balaam amused everyone when he paid Shs. 40000 as registration fee for President Museveni in the Uganda Musicians Association.
This came-in after the association President Mrs. Sophie Gombya reminded him of his early intentions of officially introducing President Museveni into the music industry.
The Balaam Marketing Agency CEO is also remembered in the plan of staging President Museveni a mega concert to launch his music album before the 2021 Presidential campaigns kick-off.
