By Wycliff G; News reaching our desks indicates that High Court in Entebbe has issued an arrest warrant for Katwe Police DPC Frantile Rwamusaayi in relation to singer Mowzey Radio’s murder case.
Rwamusaayi who is a key witness in Mowzey Radio’s murder case after superintending the investigations in this case and led the arrest of key suspect Troy Wamala has been lined on a wanted note by Justice Jane Frances Abodo after he failed to turn-up for the court session as earlier stipulated.
This sparks verge after prosecutor Joseph Kyomuhendo revealing to court on Tuesday that his engagement with the Katwe DPC in relation to this case has been vain as he often ignores his responsibilities as a law enforcer.
Meanwhile, Radio’s murder case is set to resume this Friday.
