By Wycliff G; The organizing committee of songstress Rema Namakula’s Introduction ceremony has today morning confirmed that only 1000 Guests have been officially invited.
Renowned event’s organizer Hajji Musa Kavuma aka KT Events & Beyond who is among the top members of the committee told us that both families (Rema & Hamza) have gathered a list of members amounting to 800 and it has been completed with a number from the media, Companies, and neighborhood.
The Guest of honor expected is the Buganda Kingdom Queen Sylvia Nagginda and will be accompanied by top government officials.
Also, Kampala city tycoons and socialites’ invites were a priority to the organizing committee.
Top members on the organizing committee include; Issa Musoke (Chairperson), Musa Kavuma (KT) and Kayemba Solomon.
Rema’s ex-lover, Eddy Kenzo had earlier expressed interest in attending the ceremony if he was officially invited but unfortunately, the chairperson organizing committee Issa Musoke turned down his hopes as he said that the ceremony invitation cards had run out and Kenzo’s name was not on the list of guests that were invited.
The ceremony is taking place at Nabbingo-Mubataka, off Kampala-Masaka road.
