By Wycliff G; Basing in Dubai where he flew for the One Africa Music Fest, BET Award winner Edrisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo has written a touching message to his ex-lover Rema Namakula who has introduced her new hubby one Dr. Hamza Sebunya today in Nabbingo-Mubataka, Wakiso district.
In his words, Eddy Kenzo has congratulated Rema upon reaching this special day as God had planned and he prays that she enjoys it to the maximum with her new husband.
The father of two has also advised Rema to give a deaf ear to all negativity surrounding her relationship with him and keep the fact that he (Eddy Kenzo) is still her true friend.
“My friend Rema, I dearly congratulate you upon reaching this special day as God had planned it for you and pray that you enjoy it greatly. I also pray that you close your ears to the negativity that surrounds us and always know for a fact that I am your true friend who wishes you well,” wrote Kenzo.
The ‘Bikyuka’ singer further revealed that many will not be happy for her success but to him, peace and unity are a priority.
“Banji won’t like this kubanga bagala ntalo naye nze nzikiririza mu mirembe United we stand divided we fall. Congratulations to you and your husband and please enjoy because it is God who prepared this special day. Alhamdulillah, Asalam waleikum,” he added.
Eddy Kenzo had earlier expressed serious interest in attending Rema and Hamza’s ceremony if he was officially invited but unfortunately, the chairperson organizing committee Issa Musoke turned down his hopes as he said that the ceremony invitation cards had run out and Kenzo’s name was not on the list of guests that were invited.
