By Wycliff G; Faded singer, Michael Mugwanya, famously known by stage names King Michael is currently crying foul against NRM Presidential adviser, Daniel Kazibwe aka Ragga Dee after he ruined his chances of meeting H.E YK Museveni.
Speaking in a radio phone call interview on Talk & Talk show, King Michael revealed Ragga Dee’s recent intentions of floating his needs to have a word with President Museveni like other musicians have.
The ‘Kwata Kwata’ singer also narrated how he was always juggled by Ragga Dee whenever he handed-in his request for a Presidential meeting.
“I used to beg him to take me to President Museveni as he did for other artists but he refused. He instead often toast me around with empty promises that he would,” said Michael.
He says that Ragga instead endowed him with excuses of having plenty of similar appointments for other musicians like, Bebe Cool and Eddy Kenzo.
“At times he clinged that he had various appointments already planned for other artists like, Bebe Cool, Eddy Kenzo, to meet the President,” he added.
However, Michael is grateful for having been aided later by Presidential adviser, Full Figure who successfully landed him an appointment with President Museveni.
“Thank God that later I developed an alternative of requesting for the same favour through Presidential adviser, Full Figure whose efforts paid off and I met President Museveni.”
Ragga Dee is the NRM flag bearer for Kampala City Lord Mayoral seat.
