By Website Writer; The General Court Martial has today, Monday, June 14, 2021, released National Unity Platform (NUP) members; Nubian Li, Eddie Mutwe, Dan Magic and 16 others.
The NUP members were released on bail announced by the General Court Martial Chairman, Andrew Gutti.
These were arrested in December 2020 in Kalangala during the steamy Presidential campaigns for their candidate, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (Bobi Wine).
Since then, they have been remanded at Kitalya government prison charges related to possession of firearms.
Ali Bukeni aka Nubian Li is Robert Kaygulanyi’s singing partner, while Eddy Ssebufu aka Eddie Mutwe is the head of his personal bodyguards.
