Olympic champion and world record holder Joshua Cheptegei has today made it official with his partner Carol Yeko Kamari in traditional wedding ceremony held in Cheminy, Kween District amidst jubilation.
Cheptegei and Carol’s introduction ceremony was graced by David Rudisha, a Kenya middle-distance runner, a two-time Olympic champion, World champion and world record holder, Geoffrey Kamworor, a Kenyan long-distance runner, a three-time world half marathon champion, Stephen Kiprotich, an Olympic champion, Peruth Chemutai, an Olympic champion, Jacob Kiplimo, among other notable guests.
The bride wore a green gomesi and later changed into an African print dress with white skirting.
