Singer Pius Mayanja famously known by his stage name, Pallaso has faulted music Producer Eddie Dee for tarnishing his name in the media while in the quest of sorting his pending 7 months rent arrears with his landlord.
Born Kabogoza Drake alias Eddie Dee, the latter had for the past days been sleeping on the verandah with his wife following his eviction from his rental by his landlord over 7 months rental arrears.
On failure to clear his landlord’s Shs4m rent arrears, Eddie Dee run to the media to expose his clients including the self proclaimed ‘Sucker Free Boss’ for exploiting his energy by paying only yaka fees instead of the studio time.
Despite running to his rescue with shs1million to settle his rent arrears, the ‘Malamu’ singer who is seemingly mad at Eddie Dee has hit hard at the ungrateful music producer.
Pallaso says he has been treating Eddie Dee as a brother from allowing him to sell his music works so as to raise rent, raising his introduction budget and all in all paying for his services whenever he gets studio sessions with the producer.
The singer henceforth says it was wrong for Eddie Dee to sink Pallaso’s name in the media among the list of musicians who utilise Eddie Dee’s studio services for free.
“Eddie Dee was wrong to go to the media, he has my contacts, I have been there for him at all times mention giving him the opportunity to sell my works like Da Breakers song ‘Cinderella which he recorded and sold so as to pay rent. I recently contributed a lot to his introduction ceremony but despite tarnishing my reputation in the media, I forgave him, contributed once again to the payment of his rent arrears and as a brother, I’m ready to work with him again,” said Pallaso during an exclusive interview with a local TV in town.
It must be noted that the Team Good Music singer Pius Mayanja a.k.a Pallaso is one of the several artists who has made hit songs with the troubled producer.
