City socialite Bryan White has been thrown in panic mode together with his faded artiste friend, King Michael who have been sued over torture by an upcoming artiste who has served them with an intention to sue.
Simon Mukasa alias Lucky Costa, an upcoming artiste could be paid up to Sh210 million should the court rule in his favour.
In the documents, Lucky Costa asks Bryan White to pay Sh10 million for the song he wrote and produced praising him. He also asks for 200 million for damages caused to his name, plus a public apology.
Looks like Bryan Whites options are limited to paying up, or going back to jail.
