According to the liable info reaching our news roo, prominent ‘Katusekemu group’ comedian Robert Sunday alias ‘Taata Sam’ has been arrested and charged with assault.
This sparks after engaging in a serious physical and verbal war with one music promoter known as ‘Alex Kirumira’ CEO LM events who accuses Taata Sam to have deliberately refused to perform at one bar dubbed ‘Friends Corner’ in Njeru despite him receiving full payments that they both earlier agreed upon.
Apparently, Taata Sam was paid over Shs. 50 Million to perform at this venue and also promised to perform more 13 shows at the same price for the promoter.
Revealers further reveal how Taata Sam instead responded by beating up the promoter when approached and asked why he never showed up at the Njeru show. However, the comedian has also filed a case against promoter Alex for threatening to cause harm to his life. These cases have been filed at Njeru Police station where the two are expected to appear before court anytime from now. We shall keep you posted
